What to do if my father is not giving my mothers share in property

My father had 3 wife's from first wife had a son who is my half brother second died and my mother is third after my father's death he took control of all the property and took signature of my mother without her knowledge and didn't give me or my mother any share we have won from lower court and the case is at present at high court so will the court give judgement in our favour
