Hi Sir,
My Marriage is done as per Islami Nikaha nama but not registered in office, I have a 1 year old daughter. Now my wife is not staying with me from last 8 months, neither showing my daughters face.
I called her several times but she didn't came back, I was hospitalized due to COVID-19 that time also after knowing my situation she didn't even called me, I am really dying every day as she is not even showing my daughters face, can I get divorce from court? does court consider the nikah nama (it is not registered in registrar office) or I should go to JAMAT for separation
By going to jamaat you can not anything illegal. devil do some nonsense and convince you that it is legal but later on your wife will catch you in that and you will be in risk. besides if you now CK divorce how do you see your daughter?
