muslim succession acts ( property purchase from muslim widow)

i purchased one property from muslim widow. that property has registered her husband and her name . her husband died she sold that agriculture land to some party from their i purchased . that muslim couple doesnt have any childrens . husband side his brothers sons filed a case agaisnst that property. they have right on the property or that widow is the only owner for the property
