Maintenance of children without divorce

I do not stay with my husband because of his short temper, continuous disputes and arguments between us.I have two children aged 4 and 2.My husband does not want to divorce me.Are my children liable for maintenance.If yes what is the process?
as per your query, you can file a maintenance case MC under sec 125 of CrPC in the jurisdictional court for grant of maintenance for yourself and your children house rent allowances etc and also you can get interim maintenance as well
