WHO IS LIABLE WHOLLY TO PAY THE COMPENSATION IF AN ACCIDENT OCCURS BY DRIVER, AND VICTIM HAD GRIEVOUS INJURIES. Driver or owner of the vehicle.?????
Query perused. So far as criminal case under section 279 /337 IPC is concerned it will be against the driver who was driving the vehicle. So far as motor accident claim is concerned it will be the registered owner who will be liable. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
