I want to divorce my wife, for abandonment and defamationMy wife has left my house and has gone to her parents' it has been more than 12 months, I have tried my best to bring her back but for no avail, her parents and she have started spreading lies about me being a drug addict and abusive. My parents have tried to talk some sense to them but still no availSo it think its good to get a divorce than staying in a bitter relationshipWhat can I do?
if your wife is not ready to return to you you and your family can ask them to come forward for a khula, you can you want to suggest through mutual relatives are mutual friends. I have performed Khula in my office itself when both parties came forward.
