I have filed a divorce case fr legal approval of separation from wife

My wife n me r not staying together since 2017 and we have a child her. She had not interest in me accept my money. Now she has taken the child with her n staying at her parents house n now she is demanding for loads of money n her father is also lawyer so she will file a dowry case. I hav already divorced her acc to Muslim law and have filed the case in 2018 for legal separation. But she is not agreeing for divorce claiming for money. Since she has left have been sending her money monthly. But she is not satisfied n now blackmailing n threatening my family What should I do?
