Hi.In anger I told my husband to give divorce... as he was instigating me that he wanted t p leave me.He said talaq 3 times ...Now they are showing my messages in anger which I told to give divorce and claiming I asked for khula but which I didn't meant.Now is it called khulla?I don't want to seperate as I have 2 months baby... Plz advice if it is called khula through msgs is valid even if iam not ready now for that?another question is I dont have any proof of my husband pronouncing triple talaq as he told in some app calling which was not recorded even then can i place case on him.TIA
you dont need to worry because even if u said so, he cannot do an unlawful act. the triple talaq is unlawful as per law of land. he will be liable for the same. thewoman can only seek kula. send a legal notice so that he accepts or denies triple talaq. consult for further derails.
