I am Muslim married man, I want to do second marriage without permission of my first wife, I want to keep my first wife in my house, and I will fulfill her all needs, is it possible according to Indian law?? What is procedure?
yes, it is possible. Muslim personal laws are applicable to Muslim people in India and according to it a Muslim man can marry four times. however, your wife will. be free to file fake cases of dowry, domestic violence against you.
