Child visitation/custody and maitainence

I am having compatibility issues with my child and we have a 1 year old son. She doesn’t seem happy staying with me and not willing to come back from her parents house. I miss my son, its been more than a month I couldn’t hug or play with him or touch him physically.this is not the first time she is doing this drama, i feel depressed , mentally harassed, it’s affecting my health, I coudnt take it anymore. 1) i want to know how i can get visitation or custody rights of my son wherein i get at least 1 day in a week to bring him home and spend time with him 2) my salary after deductions is around 40k per month, how much i have to pay her approximately for maintenance 3) i live with my mother, how can I protect her if she tries to blackmail by false dowry or harassment case against us?
