What is the Procedure in a Bike Accident When the MNC is Registered?

17-Feb-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
My sister was crossing the road on a bike when a wrong-side biker hit her. She was seriously injured, so I took her to a private hospital. The hospital sent an MNC to the local police station. It has been 24 hours, and the police have not yet come to take her statement. What is the next procedure? Can I go to the police station and register a case against him?

You can enquire at the police station to check if an FIR has been registered under Section 279 IPC against the bike rider. If not, you can file an FIR against the rider. Additionally, your sister can claim compensation from the bike rider by filing a motor accident claim in MACT (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal).

Multi-national Corporations (MNCs), which have a lot of power in the marketplace, flouted all norms when their female employees complained about sexual harassment.
