Sir someone put FIR on me under IPC 279 & 337. What amont is to paid by me to court according to today's charges..??
Can u please tell me the current penalty charges..???????
Section 279- Six months imprisonment or Rs 1000 fine or both.
Section 337- Six months imprisonment or Rs 500 fine or both.
These sections are bailable.
