Motor accident claim Tribunal MACT file karma hai. Mera 10th April ko Accident huwa tha, jub hum Red signal pe scooter pe green signal ka wait kar rahe thay. 1 private bus ne takkar lagai, jisme mere femor bone fracture huwa, surgery huwa, abhi treatment chalu hai, mai walk nahi kar sakta. I want to file MACT Against bus owner. FIR Dune by police. What to do?
you can file an MACT case. you should get ur tteatment bills FIR charge sheet and the relevant particulars for filing the case. get the MVI repprt and charge sheet.n. further u have to verify thr DL and insurance of the bus and the driver to drive the bus.
