Truck driver hit my father bike from backside and ran away and in hospital my father expired.While filing case my father bike license was expired,Can I file a case in mact for compensation in term of truck driver and his owner and insurance company of truck

If at the time of the accident the documents say the Driving License, RC, Pollution Certificate were valid and subsequently validity expired, you can still file for compensation.
