Traffic police stops vehicle everyday after already showing all record

If traffic police officer can stop my vehicle everyday for checking my vehicle records. I already shown everyday. Is he having rights to stop everyday.
if the same traffice police personal obstruct you in the name documents those already you shown. it is nothing but harassing you. you can lodge a written complaint to the DSP or SP how traffic police is harassing you.
