Dear Client,

The driver who crashes into your car is responsible for reporting the accident to his or her car insurance company. However, you make sure you contact their insurer as well.
Further get complete information on the other party at the accident scene namely, Other driver's name and address, Other driver's insurance company name and policy information, Statements and contact information from witnesses, Take pictures of the accident scene -- most smartphone cameras are suitable.
Further report to police with a request for penalizing the traffic rule offender in this case. Along with the letter, copies of your driving license, the car registration smart card and insurance had to be submitted.

Traffic police will file the case and initiate inquiry against the defaulting driver.
