reg:bike accident of my relative

one of my relative driven a two wheeler .while driving one who came acroos through the divider(placed in the center of road).behalf of that,unable to control that bike on that time so hitted to victim .the victim died on the spot itself.they cased the file to police .what happens i court hearing?

2 cases will be filed against your relative. criminal case to verify any rash driving etc another case on mcop to ensure the victim's legal for remedy. hope your relative have proper driving license, vehicle insurance etc and not under alcoholic influence while driving. if documents are clear, insurance company will pay the victim else it will be your relatives responsibility to pay.
