Yesteray i had met with An accident when i riding my bike the other person's wife got injured and she got multiple fractures on leg . His husband was drunk and take wrong turn and i connot aply th brake so we met in the accident. Police files fir so i wnt to ask u What legal action they can take against me when i dont have a license and the owner of the vehicle dont have any papers to prove its his bike. Please answer fast i m very confused and scared
