Lady threatening for more money after accident

I want to get genuine advice on this.I am learning licence holder trying to learn car driving.One day near my house when I was driving a lady got hurt while I was turning to other road (street in mohalla),she was going to put garbage in garbage vehicle standing there on road. I immediately took tha lady to hospital and doctor examined her doing x-ray etc n gave medicine as she was old lady and minor crack on her bone which would be healed after rest for 2-3 weeks.During these two months that lady harrassed me n my family too much as we are paying all expenses for her meds cine n checkup etc also we have 6-7000 cash for her help as she is not so sound financially.But now after two months of accident and after we did all expenses about 20000₹ ,she is blackmailing us to give 50000₹ cash or threatening to file police complaint.......what to do.....I am a govt. Employee,divorcee n have two children.I can't arrange more money as I have my own expenses.
