False charges framed 279 and 304a
27-Jun-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
Accident was occur due to jig jag and rash driving of a car running infront and both of the vechile was crossed divider and came on wrong side due to a bike rider was killed. Police made furst vechile witness and registered FIR agant 2nd vechile with charge 279 and 304a who was totally innocent( infact, not a stoy). Please help to save future of a child who is young (23).
When two vechiles get accident …generally the bigger one is blamed …there is no evidence of zig-zag driving except from your own mouth n u r one of the accused….however u haven’t revealed other facts to understand the issues…b in touch
