CHARGED FOR RASH DRIVING.AWAITING CHARGE SHEET. IS IMPRISONMENT POSSIB

In a very recent situation, i was travelling to a nearby place without wearing helmet. I was a under a slightly steep road. A police vehicle was heading from the opposite direction. I did not notice them and I stopped in front of the police vehicle after climbing the road. As it was a steep road, I had increased the speed. They took my mobile phone and asked me to come to the local police station. The charged a FIR under Rash driving but did not tell the sections under which I was charged. They told to wait for summons from the court. What will be the punishments for the offence. Will I be imprisoned??
