Car Accident damage from rear end in traffic crashed into a car from
16-Aug-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I crashed into a car from the back as the other driver applied sudden breaks. After which I agreed to get his car repaired. He checked with authorized car technician in a Service center and informed me that the repairs would cost about 40000/- . Later we spoke and then he agreed to take 2nd opinion in a local garage and told that it will cost 15000/- . I already paid 9000 and not in a position to pay anymore money. He keeps calling me. I am tensed and want to know the consequences and any advice to escape from the situation. Please advice.
