Can I drive my Car while my DL is with police/court?

05-Aug-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I met with an accident in March & was booked under IPC 304 A, 337,338. My car RC & my DL is with police. So can I still drive car/bike without my DL?

Yes you can drive your car/bike, the challan which the policeman would've given you as to be shown that you're D/L is in the custody of the police. This will act as a proof that you have a d/l but can't produce it due to a case in court. I will suggest you don't take the accident vehicle without the R/C though.
