Can compensation be claimed on driver's death in car accident
13-Jul-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I owned a car which i leased to a certain travels without any agreement or document work...the travel's driver met with an accident along with the security where both of them dead in the spot... now the driver's family petitioned me and my car finance company to appear in the small judges court claiming for the compensation of 20 lakhs... since i have dont have any document that i leased the car.... they made the driver as my employee and asking for the compensation. What should I do?
