the accident place in Harayan and My brothers place is Jaipur. My brothers Vehicle total demaged and incurance company has given under total loss covered. Can I file a case regarding total damage My brothers vehicle, in Motor Vehicle accident tribunal in Jaipur Rajasthan?
the MACt case can be filed in either of these places
1. where the accident took place
2. where the respondent resides or work
3. where the injured resides .
YEs if ur brother living jaipur he can file the case there too, although all the papers certified copy have to be obtained from haryana for filing in jaipur court
