I got hit by bike while crossing & Biker is asking for bike damage cost, so I want to k ow that does I have to pay or not?

if you are pedestrian and crossing road then you do not pay to that bike rider any damage cost.If you have sustained any injury by accident.You claim compensation from him.You can also file criminal case against that person.
