SLP in Supreme Court againt NCDRC judgment.
04-Mar-2023 (In Medical Negligence Law)
I had filed original complaint (CC) , first time complaint directly in NCDRC, which NCDRC rejected. After that I filed a Review Petition against the Judgment in NCDRC which was also rejected by NCDRC. After that I filed a Civil Appeal in Supreme Court which was dismissed by Supreme Court. Now I have filed Review Petition in Supreme Court against the Supreme Court dismissal of my Appeal. Can I file a SLP if my Review Petition is rejected or can I withdraw my Review Petition and file SLP in Supreme Court itself?
Now, you cannot file SLP. After Review Petition, the only option which remains available before the Indian Supreme Court is Curative Petition. I hope, you got the answer. To know more details about Curative Petition, kindly connect.
