16-Aug-2023 (In Media and Entertainment Law)
New production house(registered in 2019), asking me 5 lac to hire me as AD on upcoming movie and as a director on crime patrol episode. Also promise to pay the money back using subsidy, pay me while i work as AD and give me written certificate of my leadership role in the movie project that i can later use for my MBA interviews. How to legally ensure they keep their promise.

Well, in order to ensure that they keep up with their promise, you should engage with them into a contract. I'll make sure that I create a Contract for you as per the Contract Act, 1872. You can sue them in Courts, if tomorrow, they breach the contract.
