Willful delay of case by defendant in property matter

12-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I have been cultivating paddy since 1985. A person who is a land broker asked the property for price to a party, but we refused to sell the same. Meanwhile, he filed a case for tenancy right in Taluk office based on Treasury chalan which was paid by them in the head of land tax. After that the Tahshildar dismissed the petition that there is no any evidence for cultivating in same land. They got order in the appeal before the Revenue court without any document therefore, we filed revision petition before DRO Sir, We got crop loan from bank three years continuously, and having so many documents. but the defendant delay the case willful for lot of years. how can challenge it?

If there is a willful delay then you can communicate this ti the court and if they other party is not coming then you can request the judge to give the ex parte orders where it will be assumed that the opposite party was not willing to appear hence order in your favor.
