What to do when resident harassing and society not willing to support?

Hi,we live as tenant in a four floor Bldg on 3 floor. My family consist of my 6 year old son , husband and me. But the residents residing below our room on 2nd floor always keeps complaining that bcos my son plays in house they are getting disturb. It's a more than 25 years Mhada bldg n he has not done any renovation in his house even after bad structure. And this resident keep fighting with me used bad words to and now complaining to bldg society to take action against us and the our room owner is been pressurised by society to remove us. The agreement will get over after 4 months. Kindly suggest what can do. I had police complaint about the resident for quarrelling with me frequently n giving bad words. the police try to make him understand but society came in between n send police away. An now society asking us to leave
Your landlord or the society cannot evict you during subsistence of the agreement except by following due process of law. You can file an injunction suit against the owner and society for restraining them from evicting you from the room.
