My tenant vacated the premises without paying last one year's rent which is 8000 per month.

भारत‍ गणराज्‍य‍ िे ‍ अड़सठिें‍ िर्ष‍ में‍ राजस्‍थान‍ राज्‍य वििान-
मण्‍डि‍नन्‍‍नलिितत‍अधिननयम‍ननाता‍ै: -
1. संक्षिप् क नां रर प्रारम् .- (1)‍ इस‍ अधिननयम‍ िा‍ नाम‍
राजस्‍थान‍किराया‍ननयंत्रण (संशोिन)‍अधिननयम,‍2017 ै:।‍
(2) यै तरुन्त प्रित्त‍ृ ैोगा।
2. 2003 के राजस् थान िनधननयं सं. 1 कध धारा 2 का
संशोधन.- राजस्‍थान‍ किराया‍ ननयंत्रण अधिननयम,‍ 2001 (2003 िा‍
अधिननयम‍सं.‍1), जजसे इसमें आगे मिू अधिननयम िैा गया ै:, िी‍
िारा‍2 में,-
(i)‍ तण्‍ड‍ (ङ)‍ में‍ आयी‍ अलभव्‍यजतत‍ ''1959 (1959 िा‍
अधिननयम‍ सं.‍ 38)''‍ िे ‍ स्‍थान‍ र‍ अलभव्‍यजतत‍ ''2009‍
(2009‍िा‍अधिननयम‍सं.‍18)'' प्रनतस्‍थाव त‍िी‍जायेगी;‍
और‍
(ii)‍विद्यमान‍तण्‍ड‍())‍िे ‍ ्‍‍)ातऔऔर विद्यमान तण्ड‍())‍
से‍ िू ष नन्‍नलिितत‍ नया‍ तण्‍ड‍ अन्‍त स्‍थाव त‍ किया‍
जायेगा, अथाषत औ-
