We have filed Eviction Case OS 141 in 2016 on tenant want to move HC

We have filed Eviction Case OS 141 in 2016 on tenant as re ponce to his OS filed in court in 2105 after. We have submitted last rental agreement which was for period 2012-2014 @ 12. But kavali sub court never seen any statement or document , postponing case without any reason until last post phone was Apr 2018. We dint got any rent from 3 years. our lawyer also not filed Any IA for rent with cock and bull stories. We had already changed 2 lawyers but they fail to get even rent. Even due to frestation and BP I had got kidney disease. We want file case in High court to order case in high court for direction to process our case some Time period. Or to direct our defaulter tanant to pay rent.
I do not know whether your advocate has filed a petition to strike the defence of the tenant. That petition can be filed in the case that was filed by tenant. Any way the contents mentioned here are not sufficient to tell u . But u cannot straight away approach the high court.
