WE HAVE 4 TENANTS SINCE LONG AT COLLEGE STREET AREA. WE WANT TO EVICT THEM AS WE ARE IN NEED OF SPACE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
Atfirst you have to serve a legal notice to quit from your lawyer. After lapse of 1month from the date of receiving the same you can file a civil suit for eviction and permanent injunction before civil court. For further details you can take advice from a civil lawyer.
