we dont have pass book on my About my land pass book in my village

Dear sir, we have land of 1.48 acres in my village.before 60 years we got it.but there is no avidence .even a paper also.before 10 years my house got fired. it is our under for 60 years.in online it shows another name.how do we get passbook on my name. we are roaming around MRO offices for 15 years but they are not responding.pls give a good suggestion.
