Tenant vacating the house with one month's notice 11 month lease

01-Nov-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
In the 11-month leave and license agreement, if the one-month notice clause is missing, can the tenant still vacate the house giving one month's notice before the 11 months are over, or will he have to pay 11 months' rent?

Sir
You have to need a clear perception in leave and license agreement the licensee is not a tenant. This is governed by the T.P. Act., not premises tenancy Act.
So, the requirement whether to pay is totally depend upon the construction of the agreement. If have to go through the entire agreement to get the answer.
Thanks
