My tenant has vacated my commercial property but kept it locked. He hasn't paid rent for 2years. As a land lord, what I should do ?
Hello sir as landlord you have rights to evict the tenant for the grounds of willful default of tenant before the court of law and he can evicted through legal proceedings.And also the arrears of rent can be get from the tenant
