Tenant threatening to not vacate

17-Dec-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I have a property in city which I let out in July but now the building floor has developed efflorescence and might need to be replaced, also, I am planning to move back to Chennai and need the house for my own use. But when i mentioned to tenants that I might be needing it in near future for renovation and for me to move back they are threatening that they won't vacate. What can I do. Agreement is for 11 months and will end in June.
