Tenant rights if landlord is forcing to leave house without notice

07-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
We have a lease agreement from 2nd January to 15October in a nestaway property but the owner has asked us to move out by the end of this month. I'd like to know how I can proceed legally. Any leads are appreciated

Hi,
As you have the lease agreement and it is still valid you can reside in the property , if owner has asked to vacate by this month end it is against the conditions as per the lease agreement , you can file an civil suit against the owner if he is manhandling you or forcing to vacate, we have to see the lease agreement and its conditions to guide you further.
You can call us through the website if need further assistance.
