Tenant not vacating a property and has filed a suit under section 151

Hi , i want to know if the new tenancy act in tamilnadu has come into force? ..a tenant is not vacating my property and he has put a stay in court under section 151....what I have to do...I've appealed to cancel the stay...what will happen is stay is vacated/not vacated? How to i move him out
you should file year revision petition before the at the I have not renewed any agreement and there was no agreement in the existence then you can find that you have no intention intention to have an agreement with the tenant and on that point the court will give eviction order against the tenant
