Tenant has stayed illegally in our flat since 6 months

Our tenant has been illegally occupying our property since 6 months. He hasn't paid rent and he also hasn't paid electricity bill. We want to send him a legal notice and want to know the fees for sending him the same.
immediately get him evicted from the premises or else he will one day leave the premises and you will be left with no option.
you shall first send him a legal notice for paying the past rent and his electricity bills following which you shall give him a month's time to make all these payments and in case he does not pay the same thereafter you can evict him from the premises.
