Tenant has refused to vacant the shop owned by my father

11-Sep-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
At my residential home, we have one shop at ground floor that has been let out to one tenant since last 20 years. Now, my father is retired from his job & he wants to start his own business in this shop. We asked the tenant to leave the shop but he denied to do so & asking for 7 lacs for settlement. Please advise how could i legally get our shop in our possession to start with family business.
