tenant claiming to be landlord

30-Aug-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
We as landlord had 1) executed rent agreement with tenant;,2) we have a copy of rent receipt that tenant had used to acquire gas connection 3) copy of police report where he admitted to be tenant (report was filed as both parties had allegations against each other). As tenant had stopped paying rent couple of years back, we had lodged a case in district court asking for vacation. Recently the tenant has somehow managed to create a forged will (given by forefathers) stating that he is the landlord for portion he is living in. What would be the advise ? Ideally our case if of landlord & tenancy and we have submitted proof

Try proof the will to be forged.
Lodge FIR on that.
As your counsel to file case of contempt/perjury.
Perfect case of fraudulently preparing documents.
He might not know about it.
If he does not then change counsel.
Better consult some better counsel.
