Tenancy sucesssion rights after tenants demise

01-Nov-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
My father has been a tenant of a property. After his death, my uncle asked my mother to sign a paper to revoke my tenancy. This uncle now became the new tenant of the same room. We are a family of two brothers. When my mother signed on tennancy revokation paper my elder brother was not present. Can in any way we can reclaim this tenancy back since after fathers death the tenancy passes down to children and mother. Any decision to revoke tenancy should be jointly taken by all tenancy sucessoor
