Tenancy rights to get back the deposit

Hi, I have been staying in a flat for last 7 months, and now we are vacating it. Problem 1. Owner has been asking me to take calls of agents/show the flat/and talking to me harshly to show the house. 2.What are my rights as a tenant to get back the deposit?
vacate the premises and issue notice for refund of security deposit.file summary suit for recovery.The landlord is legally obligated to return the security deposit., The reasons given by him are absurd..Issue a lawyer's notice to him for returning your security deposit, failing which you may go to court and seek the amount with interest.
