Two flats were alloted to the tenent by landlord.landlord has put case on the tenent for no good reason.society is registered.can the 2 flats be separated and transferred to tenents two sons.earlier place was of tenants father
Wht is the reason for filling the case by the landlord. No it cannot be transferred to 2 tenants sons instead of that you should make 2 new rent agreements for 2 separate flats. Transferring of flat from father to son is not possible as you are not the owner of the flat and your a tenant
