Sister asking share in property after inheritance in 1950

my grand father has 5 daughters and one son.after my grandfather demise in 1950's. my father got that property.after my father demise in 2009 my mother got that property. the property was legally registerrd with my mother name and it is now registered online with reference of adhar card.Now the children of those 5 sisters of my dad are planning to file a case to get equal rights on that property. Does that case stands and moves forward. please help me my some guideliness and answers. thanking you
You are not required to worry about the same as those children of your father’s sister lost all their claims with the demise of your grandfather in 1950, at that time daughters were not considered as coparceners in the joint hindu property.
