Security deposit still not refunded by landlord what to do.

Hi, I had formal agreement with landlord that I will get my 2 month security back after vacating house. However after repeated requests over email I haven't got any commitment on when my money will be returned. Need help. I am even ready to pay initial consultancy fee for 30 min call.
In case there was no clause in the rent agreement to serve a notice period then you can claim for your security deposit. In case the landlord fails to return the security deposit then you can send a legal notice for claiming the same.
