Repossestion of flat from Tenant

Sir Even after regular writing notice and expiration of agreement if tenant not vacated the flat then what is procedure to vacate the flat from tenant.
This is my response to you:
1. Send a legal notice for eviction;
2. If they do not leave then you will have to approach rent controller;
3. Last option to approach court for eviction;
4. File an eviction suit;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
