Renting of flat to same tenant more than 22 months

Can society committee impose restiction on renting flat not to the same tenant more than 22 months by passing this type of resolution in AGM. An this can be challenge or not.
This is my response to you:
1. The tenant can choose to give a flat on rent to anybody provided there is rent agreement;
2. The rent agreement if more than 22 months then it needs to be registered;
3. You will need to seek police clearance etc;
4. The society has to give NOC;
5. Speak to the manager or make your lawyer speak to them;
6. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
