Rent agreement rent increased from 6000 to 25000

As my landlord charging me rent rs 6000 monthly and he is increasing the rent to rs 25000 monthly for commercial shop but in the agreement it has been mentioned that 15% will be increased after every 3years what shall I do shall I continue with the same agreement if owner does not accept it .I am tenant from past 30years that is the only livelihood for me.

He cannot increase what is unreasonable! You are bound by the agreement which you have entered with him! Don't worry if he wants to evict you it will be through due process of law and not otherwise!

you can continue as per rate of incriment mentioned in the agreement
